Billing Policy

1. Free Listings

Every registered user on Sokify receives five (5) free advertisement listings at no charge. These free listings do not require any payment information and are available immediately upon account creation.

2. Paid Packages

Once your free listings are exhausted, you may purchase one of the following packages to continue posting ads:

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa (Paybill/Till)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Bank transfer (for VIP Gold packages)

All payments are processed securely. Sokify does not store your full card or M-Pesa PIN details.

4. Package Activation

Packages are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Ad slots are credited to your account and you may begin posting new ads right away. The validity period begins from the date of purchase.

5. Package Expiry

All paid packages are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Unused ad slots expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried forward. Active ads posted under a package will expire when the package expires.

6. Referral Bonus Slots

Users who refer new members to the Platform earn three (3) bonus ad slots per successful referral. These bonus slots are valid for thirty (30) days from the date the referral joins and cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.

7. Taxes

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by Kenyan law. Sokify will issue a receipt for every successful payment upon request.

8. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, no package will be activated and no charge will be applied to your account. If you believe you were charged but your package was not activated, please contact us immediately at support@sokify.co.ke with your payment reference number.
