POSITION 1: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS
Locations: Kabarnet, Keroka, Barnabas, Meru, Bungoma, Garissa, Mombasa
Position Overview
We seek commercially minded professionals with strong customer orientation and an unwavering commitment to achieving measurable results. In this role, you will assume complete responsibility for your assigned branch, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and commercial leadership to drive organizational success.
Core Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and business expansion initiatives. Direct branch operations toward achieving established business targets. Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships while penetrating new market segments. Establish and maintain exceptional customer experiences. Supervise, develop, and inspire branch personnel. Maintain high standards of operational performance and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline. Minimum six years of professional experience in relevant field with at least two years in a management or leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation. Exceptional negotiation, sales, and relationship management capabilities. Proven competency in team leadership and operational management.
POSITION 2: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVOCATES
Locations: Kericho, Ruaraka, Kabarnet, Kenol
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Branch Team Leader, this position centers on cultivating and managing customer relationships across all available communication channels, with a primary focus on ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Core Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service consistently across multiple platforms and touchpoints. Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with customers. Contribute actively to branch-level business development efforts. Address customer questions and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent qualification. Minimum two years of demonstrated experience in customer service environments. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication capabilities. Knowledge and understanding of business development principles and practices.
POSITION 3: DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Locations: Mwiki, Tassia, Kangemi, Rongai, Vipingo, Zimmerman, Kitengela, Gilgil, Mwea, Makongeni, Mukurweini, Jomoko, Eastleigh, Nakuru, Barnabas, Chogoria, Chuka, Shabaab
Position Overview
Reporting to the Branch Team Leader, Direct Sales Representatives are tasked with generating market demand for AA Kenya's comprehensive product and service offerings while closing sales transactions with prospective clients. Compensation includes a competitive monthly retainer combined with performance-based commission incentives.
Core Responsibilities
Market and sell AA Kenya's complete range of products and services. Identify prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed sales. Achieve and surpass established sales targets and performance metrics. Establish strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers. Actively support branch marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications Required
Diploma or bachelor's degree in any business-related field. Sales and marketing experience highly valued. Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication abilities. Highly self-motivated with capacity to work independently and take ownership of results.
