Based in Kakamega, the Kenya program maintains a headquarters team of approximately 500 staff members who coordinate support for 1,747 field personnel serving more than 1 million farmers nationwide. Additionally, a Nairobi-based team of around 50 professionals manages critical global functions including procurement, recruitment, and government relations. Role Overview We are seeking a Boiler Operator to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational infrastructure essential to our mission of supporting East African smallholder farmers.
