COMMUNICATION MANAGER LOCATION: Kenya HIRING ORGANIZATION: KPSA ABOUT THE ROLE KPSA is seeking a dynamic Communication Manager to lead our strategic communications efforts across traditional and digital platforms. In this pivotal role, you'll shape how we connect with our stakeholders, manage our brand presence, and tell our organizational story through compelling content and media engagement. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You'll drive our strategic communication initiatives while building meaningful relationships with media partners and key stakeholders. Your day-to-day work will span developing integrated communication strategies, crafting compelling digital content, and managing our brand narrative across all channels. Beyond strategy, you'll roll up your sleeves to produce visual content — from photography and videography to comprehensive documentation that brings our work to life. You'll also play a central role in stakeholder engagement, ensuring our messaging resonates with diverse audiences while reinforcing our brand values. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We need someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Communication Studies, Media Studies, or a closely related field. If your academic background differs slightly, equivalent professional experience in these areas will be considered. Your toolkit should include expertise in strategic communication, media relations, digital communication, content development, visual storytelling, and stakeholder management.
