About This Opportunity Join Safari Group of Companies as an Ecommerce Specialist and take ownership of the company's online retail presence. Based in Nairobi County, this full-time on-site position offers the chance to drive digital sales growth and elevate the customer experience across Safari Group and Kenya Airways online platforms. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations including product listing management, dynamic pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory synchronization across all digital channels. You'll partner with marketing and sales teams to launch compelling online initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities to boost conversion rates and customer engagement. Your responsibilities extend to managing customer inquiries, facilitating seamless order fulfillment through logistics coordination, and resolving service issues promptly. You'll also stay ahead of ecommerce trends and competitive movements to uncover growth opportunities for the business. What We're Looking For You bring substantial ecommerce expertise and hands-on experience managing online marketplaces, product catalogs, and digital retail environments. Your analytical abilities shine through your capacity to track performance metrics, interpret data trends, and translate findings into concrete improvements for online performance. You excel in customer-facing situations, handling inquiries with professionalism, resolving concerns constructively, and consistently delivering positive shopping experiences. Your communication skills enable effective collaboration across marketing, sales, logistics, and other departments while maintaining clear, professional interactions with customers. You demonstrate proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or surpassing revenue targets in online or traditional retail settings. You're comfortable working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce, understand digital payment systems, and possess foundational knowledge of search engine optimization principles. Strong organizational capabilities and time-management skills allow you to juggle multiple priorities confidently in a fast-paced retail environment. You hold a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related discipline, with retail or travel retail experience representing a valuable advantage.
