Bidia Consultants Limited is looking for a skilled Energy Auditor to join our growing team and partner with manufacturing and commercial clients across Kenya. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind energy efficiency transformations. You'll conduct thorough energy audits to evaluate current consumption patterns, pinpoint valuable savings opportunities, and verify that clients meet all regulatory requirements. Working directly with business leaders, you'll develop practical recommendations that reduce operational expenses, enhance energy performance, and support corporate sustainability commitments. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform comprehensive energy audits and evaluate energy consumption patterns across client facilities Identify practical energy-saving measures and efficiency improvements with clear cost-benefit analysis Develop detailed technical audit reports for client stakeholders and relevant regulatory bodies Deliver energy management training programs to client teams and staff Maintain full compliance with the Energy Management Regulations (EMR) 2012 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Minimum four years of hands-on experience in energy management, energy auditing, or related fields Strong knowledge of Kenya's energy regulations and industry standards Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) credential preferred Outstanding communication abilities with proven presentation skills Ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences
