POSITION OVERVIEW As a Funding Partner, you will provide capital investment to fuel BoseatsAfrica's growth and expansion across the continent in exchange for equity ownership. You become a shareholder with a vested interest in the company's success, offering more than just financial resources—you become a strategic partner committed to building long-term value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Capital Contribution Invest agreed capital into BoseatsAfrica in exchange for predetermined equity stake. Participate in subsequent funding rounds when the opportunity and timing are appropriate. Strategic Guidance Offer strategic counsel on business growth, operational scaling, expansion planning, and market positioning. Leverage your industry knowledge, professional experience, and proven best practices to guide company direction. Business Development Support Facilitate introductions to potential investors, strategic partners, merchants, and enterprise-level clients. Champion market expansion efforts into new cities and emerging African markets. Governance and Decision-Making Exercise shareholder voting rights and participate in major business decisions. Attend shareholder meetings regularly and review company performance metrics and progress. Financial Stewardship Monitor financial reports and operational performance indicators. Champion transparency, accountability, and sustainable financial practices across the organization. Brand Advocacy Serve as an ambassador for BoseatsAfrica within your professional network. Strengthen the company's standing and credibility within investment and business communities. Value Maximization Support initiatives designed to increase company valuation and generate shareholder returns. Foster a culture of innovation and technology advancement aligned with sustainable growth principles. PARTNER RIGHTS Equity ownership proportional to your investment amount. Access to regular financial statements and operational reports. Voting rights corresponding to your shareholding percentage as applicable.
