GUEST EXPERIENCE EXPERT POSITION OVERVIEW At Marriott, we believe hospitality goes beyond simple check-ins and check-outs. You will move fluidly through the property, identifying opportunities to solve problems, fulfill requests, handle operational tasks, and share insider knowledge about local attractions. Every action you take transforms routine transactions into meaningful experiences that guests will remember and want to return for. Success in this role hinges on several fundamental commitments: maintaining a secure workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, protecting guest privacy and company assets, upholding our quality standards, and presenting yourself with professionalism in appearance, uniform, and communication. The role requires sustained physical activity—you will spend considerable time on your feet, moving throughout the property, and regularly handling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 10 pounds. Your willingness to take a hands-on approach and perform additional reasonable duties as requested is essential to getting every detail right for our guests and our business.
