Kenya School of Government is a State Corporation established under the KSG Act (No. 9 of 2012). As the successor to the Kenya Institute of Administration, the Kenya Development and Learning Centre, and four Government Training Institutes, KSG provides comprehensive management training, research, consultancy and advisory services across Kenya's public sector. The organization serves National and County governments, private sector organizations, and NGOs. KSG's vision is to achieve excellence in public service capacity development while its mission centers on transforming the public service by embedding national values and building core competencies for quality service delivery.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Education, Communications, Law, or related professional fields. A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience is required. You should have demonstrated background in government training, licensing operations, compliance management, consumer protection, or project management depending on your target role.
Essential competencies include strong communication and organizational abilities, proven leadership experience, and comprehensive understanding of public sector regulatory frameworks and compliance methodologies. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Deputy Director of Broadcast Services Licensing will lead and oversee all broadcast licensing operations while ensuring organizational compliance with sector regulations. Assistant Directors will provide strategic oversight across their respective areas, enforce relevant regulations, manage complex projects, coordinate public awareness initiatives, and support organizational objectives.
