AVAILABLE POSITIONS Deputy Director – Broadcast Services Licensing Assistant Director – Broadcasting Services Licensing Assistant Director – Consumer Protection (Public Awareness & Empowerment) Assistant Director – Postal & Courier Services Licensing Assistant Director – Monitoring & Compliance (Central & Eastern Region) Assistant Director – Planning & Project Management WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Education, Communications, Law, or related professional fields. A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience is required. You should have demonstrated background in government training, licensing operations, compliance management, consumer protection, or project management depending on your target role. Essential competencies include strong communication and organizational abilities, proven leadership experience, and comprehensive understanding of public sector regulatory frameworks and compliance methodologies. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The Deputy Director of Broadcast Services Licensing will lead and oversee all broadcast licensing operations while ensuring organizational compliance with sector regulations. Assistant Directors will provide strategic oversight across their respective areas, enforce relevant regulations, manage complex projects, coordinate public awareness initiatives, and support organizational objectives.
