POSITIONS AVAILABLE We are recruiting talented professionals for the following roles: Deputy Director – Broadcast Services Licensing Assistant Director – Broadcasting Services Licensing Assistant Director – Consumer Protection (Public Awareness & Empowerment) Assistant Director – Postal & Courier Services Licensing Assistant Director – Monitoring & Compliance (Central & Eastern Region) Assistant Director – Planning & Project Management ABOUT THE ROLES These positions are full-time, on-site roles based in Nairobi County. You will contribute to strengthening Kenya's public service through strategic management, compliance oversight, planning initiatives, consumer protection advocacy and licensing administration. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS You should possess a Bachelor's degree as a minimum, with a Master's degree preferred. Relevant fields include Public Administration, Education, Communications, Law or related disciplines. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Candidates must have 12 or more years of professional experience, preferably in government training, licensing, regulatory compliance or public sector management roles.
