What We're Looking For
You'll need a relevant tertiary qualification such as a diploma, bachelor's degree, or master's degree in education, supply chain management, disaster management, administration, or related fields. At minimum, applicants should demonstrate ten years of professional experience in areas such as teaching, administration, enforcement, disaster response, or technical services relevant to the specific role you're pursuing.
Beyond credentials, successful candidates will exhibit strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of county government operations, public service frameworks, and regulatory compliance is essential. Role-Specific Responsibilities
Director positions oversee procurement operations, supply chain policies, and regulatory compliance. Youth Polytechnic Instructors deliver vocational training and develop practical skills in learners. ECDE Teachers provide early childhood education and support comprehensive child development. Fireman III personnel respond to fire emergencies with expertise and dedication to public safety. Security Wardens enforce county regulations, maintain public order, and support security operations. Disaster Management Officers coordinate preparedness initiatives, emergency response, and recovery efforts. Drivers provide safe, reliable transport services. Administration Officers and Village Administrators manage village-level administrative functions and community engagement.
