Job Description
OPERATIONS SUPPORT AGENT
Federal Express Corporation AMEA
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Sokify's operations team in partnership with Federal Express Corporation AMEA as an Operations Support Agent. You'll be the backbone of our daily operations, managing critical processes across operational administration, sort and scanning support, dangerous goods handling, vendor invoice verification, and purchase order creation. Your work directly impacts how smoothly our logistics operations run and how effectively we serve our customers across the region.
Day to day, you'll execute defined processes and procedures with precision and consistency, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards. You'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, identifying anomalies as they emerge, using your judgment and procedural knowledge to resolve issues independently when you can, and escalating complex matters to senior team members when appropriate. You'll also generate reports and provide location-based customer service support, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You bring strong attention to detail and accuracy to everything you do. You're proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating PC-based systems. Your planning and organizing skills help you juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing focus. You're someone people enjoy working with—your interpersonal skills make collaboration seamless—and you approach problems with a logical, solution-oriented mindset.
