PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (2 POSITIONS) DAWA LIFE SCIENCES About the Role Dawa Life Sciences is looking for two experienced and results-driven Production Supervisors to take charge of our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. In this pivotal position, you will oversee daily production activities across our manufacturing facility, ensuring every operation meets our exacting standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Your core responsibilities will include planning and coordinating pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, supervising dedicated production teams, and guaranteeing that we consistently hit our production targets without compromising on safety or quality. You will be the driving force behind optimizing our manufacturing workflows, maintaining rigorous quality standards, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all production activities. Beyond day-to-day oversight, you will champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency. Your expertise will span Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance, where you will serve as a key guardian of our regulatory standards. You will work hands-on with production teams to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement solutions that keep our operations running smoothly and profitably. What We're Looking For You bring substantial hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with particular expertise in tablet manufacturing, formulation work, or process development.
