PROGRAM DIRECTOR Eden Reforestation Projects POSITION OVERVIEW This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kenya that offers the opportunity to drive meaningful environmental and community impact across the Olokeri Landscape. You will report to the Director of the Global Technical Team and split your time between our field office in Entasekera (Narok County) and a Kenya-based home office. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS This position is classified as full-time and requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in Kenya. ROLE LOCATION AND STRUCTURE You will be based in Kenya with flexible arrangements between fieldwork in the Entasekera office (Narok County) and remote work from a home-based office. This hybrid structure allows you to maintain both direct community engagement and strategic planning responsibilities.
