PROGRAM MANAGER Qatar Charity About The Role Qatar Charity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the design, planning, and delivery of impactful humanitarian and development initiatives across the country. In this role, you will translate strategic program objectives into actionable emergency response and development projects that create meaningful change within our target communities. As Program Manager, you will serve as a critical coordination hub, managing resources and activities to ensure all program initiatives launch on schedule and achieve their intended outcomes. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle—from needs assessment and planning through implementation and reporting—maintaining the highest standards of professionalism throughout. Core Responsibilities Working directly under the Country Director's oversight, you will: Lead comprehensive assessments of the country's humanitarian and development needs using established methodologies and frameworks, ensuring data-driven program design and targeting. Translate program strategy into coherent, well-structured emergency response and development projects that align with organizational objectives and community priorities. Coordinate all program resources, personnel, and activities to ensure timely implementation of planned initiatives and achievement of measurable results. Develop detailed program plans, budgets, and timelines that account for operational realities and sustainability considerations. Prepare thorough reports documenting program progress, challenges, outcomes, and lessons learned within specified timeframes. Monitor program performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact and efficiency. Oversee cross-functional collaboration between teams to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure integrated program delivery.
