SOKIFY CAREER OPPORTUNITY Project Director SixFigureStaff ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY SixFigureStaff is recruiting an experienced Project Director to lead and manage recruitment and staffing projects from inception through successful delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya, offering the chance to make a tangible impact on talent solutions that serve both organizations and professionals throughout Kenya and beyond. In this role, you will orchestrate all phases of project execution, from initial planning and resource management through timeline coordination and quality assurance. You'll partner with clients to clarify objectives, lead diverse teams across functions, and ensure that every project meets agreed-upon milestones, service standards, and financial parameters. Your day-to-day work will involve tracking project performance, identifying and resolving risks and obstacles, preparing comprehensive status reports, and championing process improvements that strengthen outcomes. Beyond the mechanics of project management, you'll mentor team members, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure that project delivery aligns with SixFigureStaff's commitment to excellence and value. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You bring substantial experience leading complex, multi-phase projects involving multiple stakeholders. Your background in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or professional services project management gives you real insight into the industry landscape. You excel at managing stakeholders—presenting updates clearly, negotiating competing priorities, and keeping expectations realistic and transparent. Data analysis and budget management come naturally to you; you make decisions grounded in metrics and business objectives, tracking KPIs consistently. You have a proven track record of building and developing teams, fostering genuine collaboration, and driving performance in demanding, fast-paced settings. Your organizational capabilities are strong; you juggle multiple concurrent projects with careful attention to detail and excellent time management. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field. Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 strengthen your candidacy. You're comfortable working on-site in Nairobi County and adaptable to the shifting demands of client projects and business priorities.
