RECRUITMENT AGENCY SERVICES Organization: Norwegian Church Aid Position Overview Norwegian Church Aid is establishing a regional Investigation & Compliance Support Team headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. We are seeking an experienced recruitment agency registered and operating in Kenya to manage the complete recruitment process for this initiative. Your agency will serve as a strategic partner in identifying and placing qualified professionals who meet our organizational standards. Your Responsibilities You will collaborate closely with NCA to review and refine job descriptions, then establish a clear recruitment process, comprehensive workplan, and realistic timeline for candidate selection. You will lead advertising efforts across appropriate channels and conduct targeted recruitment searches throughout Kenya to attract qualified applicants for the positions. You will evaluate all applications thoroughly, verify candidate eligibility and academic credentials, conduct preliminary screening interviews, administer any agreed-upon assessments, and participate in second-round interviews alongside NCA representatives. You will prepare a ranked shortlist of candidates accompanied by detailed assessments of each prospect's suitability for the roles. You will manage all candidate communications and coordinate interview logistics with NCA, while also conducting thorough reference checks and verifying qualifications independently. You will deliver final recruitment recommendations to NCA and provide support throughout candidate communication processes, including coordination with selected applicants. Required Qualifications Your agency must be duly registered and licensed to operate recruitment services within Kenya. You should demonstrate substantial experience in professional recruitment, particularly for compliance and investigation roles. Your team must possess strong interview and assessment capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple candidates and stakeholders simultaneously.
