Safety Auditor 0133 Diversey E&C Kenya About the Role We are seeking a Safety Auditor to strengthen our commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence. In this position, you will serve as a critical link between our technical teams and field operations, ensuring that all safety protocols are rigorously implemented and maintained across our service and installation activities. Your Core Responsibilities You will design and implement comprehensive Safety Standard Operating Procedures, work permits, and Job Safety Analysis frameworks for all installation, preventive maintenance, and service systems, with particular attention to chemical handling protocols. Your audit function will be essential in ensuring strict adherence to all safety procedures by our field teams through regular audits of service and sales processes. As an educator and advocate for safe practices, you will conduct training programs for field personnel on safe service systems and operational standards. You will review and approve all equipment for safety compliance, including newly launched equipment and systems. Additionally, you will work to maintain our zero-accident commitment in all field operations. This role requires extensive international travel, with an expected commitment of 15 to 20 days per month. What We're Looking For You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering, complemented by recognized Safety and Electrical certifications. You will need hands-on experience with electrical systems, earthing, and grounding installations. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience is essential for this position.
