SALES EXECUTIVE - PROFIT SHARE Company: Binary Spirit ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION Binary Spirit is dedicated to raising human consciousness through a comprehensive approach combining spirituality with modern technology. Founded by Alanya Grace, a Spiritual Technologist who bridges science and spiritual wisdom, the organization operates three core programs: Binary Food (weekly online consciousness classes and in-person workshops), Binary Meditation (daily one-minute guided meditations), and Binary Wisdom (daily bite-sized wisdom podcasts). The organization functions as a mission-driven enterprise across Kenya and Africa. For every Gold Membership sold, ten additional memberships are gifted to beneficiary programs including the Spiritual Police Force Kenya, spiritual students, and women healing from abuse. This model ensures that revenue generation directly supports community impact and healing initiatives throughout the continent. THE ROLE You will serve as a Sales Executive in a part-time, fully remote position. Your primary focus will be identifying and developing new corporate sales opportunities while building lasting client relationships. You will be tasked with meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic outreach and relationship management. Your responsibilities will include delivering compelling sales presentations to corporate clients, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, negotiating contracts effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE You will earn 25% commission revenue share on all successful corporate sales you generate. This profit-sharing model directly rewards your sales performance and success.
