SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - CONSULTING AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT Luma Talents ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead transformative client engagements across our consulting practice. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the complete lifecycle of client projects—from strategic planning through successful delivery—all while maintaining rigorous standards around budget, timeline, and quality. Your days will be filled with facilitating high-impact workshops, steering client meetings with confidence, and nurturing relationships with senior leaders across client and partner organizations. Beyond project execution, you'll identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expand partnerships with existing clients, and build a stronger team by coaching and developing junior consultants. WHAT YOU'LL DO Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and delivering client engagements within agreed parameters and quality benchmarks. You'll take the helm in client meetings and workshop facilitation, building and strengthening relationships with decision-makers at all levels. Your entrepreneurial mindset will drive the pursuit of new business opportunities and the development of additional revenue streams from current clients. As a team leader, you'll delegate tasks strategically, supervise ongoing project work, and invest in coaching junior team members through regular performance reviews and professional guidance. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You'll bring a minimum of four years of professional experience from top-tier management consulting firms such as McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Bain, Accenture, or Oliver Wyman, with at least two years demonstrated success in team leadership. Your interpersonal skills are exceptional—you navigate complex stakeholder environments with cultural sensitivity and political awareness. You're a masterful communicator, equally comfortable crafting compelling written narratives and presenting sophisticated analytical insights. You think systemically, understand human-centered design principles, and are comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies. You function effectively in entrepreneurial settings and can thrive amid ambiguity. YOUR BACKGROUND You hold a Master's degree in business administration, public administration, engineering, economics, or a closely related field. An MBA would be particularly valuable. You bring a minimum of four years of management consulting experience with a demonstrated track record in team leadership. You're skilled at translating complex information into clear, persuasive presentations across multiple formats and audiences.
