Your Role As a Service Delivery Coordinator for Wireline/TCP Services, you will be the operational backbone ensuring flawless execution, timely delivery, and strict adherence to contractual obligations. Your leadership will drive both immediate service success and long-term revenue opportunities for the organization. Your Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage TCP operations and maintenance teams across onshore locations, including job planning, client technical meetings, and workshop coordination. Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and clients throughout job preparation, execution, and closeout phases, fostering relationships that drive business success. Monitor all job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring execution aligns with established timelines and quality standards. Develop and mentor less experienced team members, preparing them for future leadership roles and strengthening operational capacity. Ensure comprehensive understanding and full capitalization of assigned contracts and quotes to maximize revenue realization. Maintain vigilant communication channels to promptly escalate issues that could impact service delivery or client satisfaction. Validate invoice accuracy against contract terms, preventing revenue leakage and ensuring timely cash collection. Maintain familiarity with client change-management and escalation procedures, ensuring proper protocols are followed when risks to objectives emerge. Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards while conducting all activities according to organizational processes and values. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline. Minimum five years of demonstrated experience in wireline service delivery. Hands-on capability in running TCP and logging operations. Proven ability to establish and manage wireline base facilities in remote operational areas. Supervisory or team leadership experience in similar environments. Strong technical knowledge and engineering understanding of TCP systems and operations. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills for client and team interactions.
