TALENT SCOUT (REMOTE) — NAIROBI, KENYA Assetara Limited POSITION TYPE Full-time remote position COMPENSATION PACKAGE Monthly base salary of $200 USD plus uncapped commission structure for every candidate you successfully place and onboard. All commission terms are detailed in your employment contract. THE ROLE As a Talent Scout, you'll operate as a strategic headhunter and sales professional. Your core mission is to identify, engage, and evaluate high-potential candidates and emerging leaders who can drive growth across our ecosystem. This entirely remote position centers on discovering exceptional talent and presenting compelling Assetara opportunities to qualified professionals. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Source and recruit talent across LinkedIn, Telegram communities, professional networks, and international job boards through direct outreach • Conduct professional engagement with prospective candidates via message and phone calls, clearly communicating the Assetara value proposition • Perform initial candidate screening through structured 15–20 minute video interviews via Zoom or Google Meet, assessing communication ability, motivation, leadership capacity, and role suitability • Complete 2–3 first-stage interviews daily with available qualified candidates • Manage candidate information accurately using straightforward tracking systems and escalate qualified prospects to the Regional Manager for subsequent evaluation stages • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policy, data privacy standards, and applicable hiring regulations SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED • Proven communication ability with charisma, confidence, and skill in managing objections professionally • Proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, and basic spreadsheet or tracking tools • Basic to intermediate English fluency for team communication and internal reporting • Background in cold sales, telemarketing, recruiting, or talent sourcing is advantageous; self-motivation and drive are essential BENEFITS • Monthly base salary of $200 USD as stated in your employment contract • Uncapped performance-based commission for placements and successful onboarding • Complete remote flexibility with scheduling autonomy • Exposure to global networks and professional development within artificial intelligence, fintech, and blockchain sectors APPLICATION PROCESS Send your application including a brief overview of your sourcing, sales, telemarketing, or recruitment background.
