About the Role The Kenya operation, known locally as Tupande, brings this vision to life with an impressive network. Based primarily in Kakamega, nearly 500 headquarters staff coordinate efforts with 1,747 field workers serving over 1 million farmers nationwide. An additional 50 Nairobi-based team members support critical functions including procurement, recruitment, government relations, and other essential operations. As a Tupande Pyrolysis Operator on a fixed-term contract, you'll play a vital role in supporting the organization's agricultural sustainability initiatives.
