About Tupande (Kenya Program) Tupande, One Acre Fund's Kenya operation established in 2006, serves more than 1 million smallholder farmers across the country. The program maintains a robust organizational structure with approximately 500 staff members based at the Kakamega headquarters, coordinating support for 1,747 field staff deployed in farming communities. An additional 50 personnel stationed in Nairobi oversee critical functions including procurement, recruitment, government relations, and other essential global operations. The Role One Acre Fund seeks an experienced Senior Transport Officer to join the Tupande team. This leadership position oversees all transportation and logistics operations, ensuring efficient delivery of farm supplies, seedlings, and materials to farmers across the program's service areas. The successful candidate will manage transport fleet operations, coordinate logistics networks, optimize delivery routes, and lead a team of transport professionals while maintaining safety standards and cost efficiency across all operations.
