The Role As a Zone Supervisor for Lower Western, you will oversee field operations across your assigned zone, ensuring Tupande's agricultural programs are implemented effectively and that farmers receive quality support. Your responsibilities will include team management, performance monitoring, farmer engagement, and coordination with headquarters to drive program success and farmer outcomes in your region. About You This position requires proven experience in agricultural development or field team leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting smallholder farmers. You should be capable of managing multiple priorities, developing local teams, and achieving measurable results in challenging environments.
