The Kenya operation, established in 2006, is headquartered in Kakamega with a robust team of nearly 500 staff members coordinating efforts across 1,747 field workers serving over 1 million farmers. An additional 50-person team based in Nairobi manages global functions including procurement, recruitment, and government relations. The entire organization is powered by more than 9,000 full-time employees representing diverse backgrounds and professional expertise.
The Role
As a Zone Supervisor for Lower Western, you will oversee field operations across your assigned zone, ensuring Tupande's agricultural programs are implemented effectively and that farmers receive quality support. Your responsibilities will include team management, performance monitoring, farmer engagement, and coordination with headquarters to drive program success and farmer outcomes in your region.

This position requires proven experience in agricultural development or field team leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting smallholder farmers. You should be capable of managing multiple priorities, developing local teams, and achieving measurable results in challenging environments. Your background in rural development, sales leadership, or community mobilization will be valuable in this role.
