TUPANDE ZONE SUPERVISOR - UPPER WESTERN
One Acre Fund is seeking an experienced Zone Supervisor to lead operations across the Upper Western region. This role offers the opportunity to manage field teams, oversee farmer engagement, and drive agricultural productivity improvements at scale.

THE ROLE
As Zone Supervisor for Upper Western, you will oversee field operations, manage supervisor and staff teams, ensure quality service delivery to farmers, and drive performance targets. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with farming communities, implementing organizational policies and procedures, and contributing to the zone's overall productivity and impact.
This position requires strong leadership capabilities, field experience in agricultural extension or rural development, and the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Based in the Upper Western region, you will coordinate closely with headquarters teams and regional leadership.
