WAREHOUSE CLERK – PHARMACEUTICAL DISTRIBUTION Company: Cleave Global e Services Positions Available: 100 Location: Mombasa Road, Nairobi Employment Type: Casual – Day Rate (KSH 1,085) Urgency: Immediate Start ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking dedicated warehouse professionals to join our pharmaceutical distribution operations. In this hands-on position, you will play a vital role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly. Your primary focus will be on accurately fulfilling customer orders, ensuring pharmaceutical products meet strict quality standards, and maintaining inventory records to support timely deliveries. WHAT YOU WILL DO Process customer orders by picking, sorting, and preparing items for dispatch within required timelines while maintaining accuracy standards. Repack pharmaceutical products according to established quality and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with Good Distribution Practices. Handle labeling, sealing, and final preparation of all orders ready for shipment. Participate in stock receiving activities, including counting and basic inventory management tasks. Store and handle all pharmaceutical products correctly, following warehouse procedures and regulatory guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout your shift. Identify and report any stock discrepancies, product damage, or operational concerns to your supervisor immediately. Follow all health, safety, security, and company policies consistently. Take on additional warehouse duties as directed by management. WHO YOU ARE You bring at least one year of warehouse experience in a busy or equivalent facility. You hold a Diploma in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field. You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy. You perform well under pressure and consistently meet daily targets. You are physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate loads comfortably. You are flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed. You are known for your integrity, dependability, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
