Warehouse Supervisor

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Baker Hughes is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team. ABOUT THE ROLE In this position, you'll take ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes procedures while maintaining excellent housekeeping and storage standards. Your key responsibilities include managing critical material identification and segregation for high-value customers, coordinating with the Project Team on material planning, and creating goods receipts for incoming materials. You'll analyze inventory levels against customer requirements and capacity limitations, working collaboratively with Logistics Coordinators and Service Delivery Coordinators to implement material plans. Your role ensures that stocking levels align with business needs and that warehouse operations execute flawlessly, whether following original or modified plans. Throughout all activities, you'll uphold our commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence by applying the five fundamentals of a perfect HSE day. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You'll bring a High School Diploma or GED along with relevant forklift certification. Experience in quality, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management is essential. You're a natural problem solver who identifies issues and implements effective improvements. Your strength as a team player, combined with solid computer literacy and MS Office familiarity, makes you a strong candidate.
