THE ROLE As an Agile Product Owner, you will drive maximum value delivery for your Scrum Team by translating product strategy into clear, actionable priorities. Working closely with your Agile Product Manager, you will strategically balance customer needs, business outcomes, and delivery commitments to ensure reliable, high-quality product delivery. Your focus will be supporting International Organisations Health backend products across Mainframe and Financial Services domains, including payments, billing, eligibility, finance operations, and related system integrations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will partner with the Agile Product Manager to champion product vision, roadmap priorities, and business outcomes. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will ensure backlog priorities are aligned with genuine customer and business value. You will translate features and priorities into compelling user stories, maintaining a high-quality, well-organized backlog in Jira. Leading backlog refinement sessions and supporting Program Increment planning activities will be core to your week-to-week work. Collaboration will be essential as you engage with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, QA teams, UAT teams, and business stakeholders to enable predictable, consistent delivery. You will monitor delivery metrics, quality indicators, team utilization, and customer experience performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Drawing on analytics and stakeholder feedback, you will drive product improvements and ensure value realization across all initiatives. WHAT YOU BRING You hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess strong English communication skills that enable clear interaction across diverse audiences. You demonstrate solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience with Jira or comparable tools. Your ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders sets you apart, backed by strong relationship management capabilities. Experience within the healthcare sector is preferred, along with demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly across regions and time zones. Your technical and functional skills encompass Agile product delivery practices, backlog management and prioritization, user story refinement, Jira backlog administration, Program Increment planning, analytics and performance monitoring, and working knowledge of financial operations, healthcare administration, user experience principles, and Agile development methodologies. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Candidates with SAFe Product Owner or Product Manager certification are particularly valued. Previous experience supporting payments, billing, eligibility, finance operations, or financial reporting strengthens your candidacy.
