We are actively recruiting detail-oriented E-Pickers to join a well-established retail client's fulfillment operations across multiple locations. In this role, you will be the backbone of the order fulfillment process, ensuring every customer receives exactly what they ordered, in perfect condition and on time. What You Will Do As an E-Picker, you will pick online orders from designated store areas using handheld scanning devices, maintaining accuracy and speed throughout your shift. Your responsibilities include verifying product quality and expiry dates during the picking process, packing orders with precision, and conducting thorough quality control checks before sealing each package. You will ensure fresh food items consistently meet our client's high standards and customer expectations. Additionally, you will inspect packaging materials to confirm compliance with packing specifications, adhere to all store protocols and hygiene requirements, and maintain professional conduct in line with YP People's standards. What We Are Looking For You are someone with exceptional attention to detail who takes pride in accuracy. You work at a steady, consistent pace and are motivated to meet daily productivity targets. You are comfortable learning to use handheld devices or already have experience with them. You can stand, walk and lift items for extended periods without difficulty. You have a solid understanding of hygiene and food handling practices. You are reliable, punctual, honest and thrive in team environments while following instructions. You communicate effectively in English and/or Kiswahili. Experience in retail, warehouse operations or order-picking is valuable but not required. Minimum Requirements KCSE qualification or equivalent
