THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between Ingot Brokers and our clients. Your primary focus will be converting qualified leads into active clients through strategic phone outreach, delivering exceptional service that keeps clients engaged, and fostering long-term relationships that drive business growth. You'll be responsible for maximizing client deposits and trading volumes while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to high ethics and innovation.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide clients through our range of account types, services, and financial instruments with confidence and clarity. Execute effective sales techniques during outbound phone calls to close new business. Maintain consistent follow-up with clients after onboarding to ensure satisfaction, troubleshoot any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional deposits and trading activity. Introduce existing clients to new features and promotions that add value to their experience and strengthen retention. Monitor your individual performance metrics and work towards ambitious goals. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline client onboarding and service delivery. Take ownership of additional responsibilities that contribute to team success.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have at least one year of experience in the financial industry, or alternatively, two or more years working in telesales or sales. You communicate fluently in English with excellent interpersonal skills. You're a natural closer who thrives in consultative selling. You're client-focused, solution-oriented, and skilled at navigating complex problems. You demonstrate proficiency with email, Excel, and web-based communication platforms. You manage your time effectively, stay organized, and think creatively. You're goal-driven, self-motivated, and maintain high energy even under pressure. Your professionalism and accountability are evident in everything you do. You work collaboratively with colleagues toward shared objectives. Experience with trading platforms, account structures, and financial instruments is a valuable plus.

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Hours: 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
