ADVERTISING OFFICER Twyford International (Kenya) ABOUT THE ROLE Twyford International Kenya Ltd is seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Advertising Officer to expand our brand footprint across Kenya. In this position, you will spearhead our outdoor advertising strategy by identifying prime advertising locations, negotiating favorable terms with space owners, and overseeing the execution of high-visibility branding projects that connect our brand with customers at critical touchpoints throughout the market. WHAT YOU'LL DO Scout and evaluate strategic advertising opportunities including billboards, wall branding, building wraps, shopfront displays, and signage placements across high-traffic zones, major corridors, commercial districts, hardware clusters, tile showrooms, and construction sites. Negotiate rental rates, agreements, payment structures, and contract terms with property owners and advertising space suppliers to secure competitive arrangements. Manage and coordinate all aspects of outdoor branding projects from design through installation, including painting, signage fabrication, and placement execution. Cultivate and strengthen working relationships with media owners, property managers, installation contractors, branding firms, and commercial partners. Conduct competitive market analysis and monitor industry advertising trends to uncover emerging opportunities and stay ahead of market developments. Ensure all advertising placements meet regulatory requirements, local permissions, and corporate brand guidelines. Track campaign performance, document advertising locations and expenditures, and generate management reports that measure impact and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives designed to boost brand awareness and deepen market penetration. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in advertising, outdoor media, brand activation, trade marketing, or comparable commercial roles. Proven track record in field-based marketing, advertising acquisition, supplier management, or commercial deal-making. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with strong relationship-building capabilities. Demonstrated talent for identifying high-impact advertising locations and juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and report development. Valid driver's license and availability for extensive travel within your assigned region (advantageous).
