We're seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join their Nairobi team and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of payroll and benefits platforms. In this position, you'll be responsible for validating complex payroll calculations, benefits enrollments, eligibility rules, employee and employer contributions, and overall system functionality. Your work will directly impact the operational integrity of solutions trusted by organizations across the United States. What We're Looking For You bring a minimum of three years of professional experience in the PEO industry, combined with at least two years supporting U.S. payroll systems. Your expertise in benefits administration is essential, with demonstrated proficiency across employee benefits, group benefits, benefits enrollments, eligibility rule configuration, contribution management, and retirement plan calculations including match scenarios. You have hands-on experience working with payroll or benefits software platforms and possess a background in QA, testing, validation, or system review processes. Your technical capabilities include advanced Excel proficiency and fluent English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with project management and testing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps strengthens your candidacy. Experience with test automation frameworks and exposure to AI-powered testing or productivity tools is a bonus. Working Arrangements Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
