THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced AMO Supervisor to lead daily production operations and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee teams, coordinate across departments, and manage production processes while maintaining the highest quality standards. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Leading Cross-Functional Teams You will work collaboratively with colleagues across business units to define operational tasks, schedule production activities, and resolve technical challenges. Serving as the key liaison between production teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure all operations align with organizational objectives and client expectations. Managing Production Processes You will oversee the implementation of standardized production control processes while fostering an environment where team members can adapt methods to suit specific situations. You will guide teams through process deviations, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Supervising Daily Operations You will assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and technical support to ensure efficient, high-quality output. You will cultivate a strong culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence across your team. Managing Client Relationships You will serve as the primary contact for designated clients, managing interactions within predefined contractual frameworks. You will exercise sound judgment to address client needs while maintaining compliance with all agreed-upon terms. Planning and Analysis You will contribute to production planning, resource allocation decisions, and performance reporting.
