SOKIFY JOBS POSTING Assistant Product Manager - Splunk/Symantec/Illumio Location: Kenya (Local Candidates Only) Required Experience: 7-10 Years About This Role Sokify is seeking an organised and driven Assistant Product Manager to bridge vendor partnerships, execute go-to-market strategies, and strengthen channel relationships for Splunk, Symantec, and Illumio across East Africa. Working alongside senior product leadership, you will be instrumental in accelerating business growth, nurturing partner ecosystems, and rolling out strategic programmes across our cybersecurity and observability product lines. What You Will Do Support ongoing coordination with Splunk, Symantec, and Illumio teams to ensure alignment on business objectives, revenue pipelines, and expansion goals. Lead execution of go-to-market initiatives, managing promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and demand generation efforts to drive market traction. Oversee product lifecycle activities including revenue forecasting, pipeline monitoring, and comprehensive performance analysis. Develop and strengthen our partner network by recruiting, training, and supporting resellers and system integrators. Track sales momentum, manage deal pipelines, and coordinate progress updates in partnership with internal sales departments. Facilitate partner enablement programmes, technical training sessions, and certification courses covering Splunk observability and SIEM solutions, Symantec endpoint and data protection tools, and Illumio zero trust segmentation platforms. Support vendor relationship management through quarterly business reviews and strategic planning discussions. Track evolving market conditions, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements to uncover new growth prospects. Create detailed business analytics, performance dashboards, and strategic reports highlighting revenue performance, margin trends, and product outcomes. What We Need From You Seven to ten years of background in product management, vendor relationship management, or technology solutions within the cybersecurity sector. Working knowledge of Splunk data analytics, SIEM and observability platforms, Symantec endpoint and data security products, and Illumio zero trust microsegmentation solutions. Demonstrated enthusiasm for cybersecurity and enterprise technology developments. Solid grasp of market entry strategies, sales methodologies, and partner channel operations. Proven capability in data analysis, forecasting accuracy, and performance measurement. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong stakeholder management experience. Independent work ethic with demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results without constant supervision.
