CHANNEL PARTNER MANAGER - KENYA About the Role Are you ready to drive growth across Sub-Saharan Africa's industrial printing landscape? Linx, a Veralto company and global leader in coding and marking solutions, is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to build and expand our distributor network across the region. You'll report to the Regional Business Manager for Middle East & Africa, working from a Kenya-based office near an airport. This is your opportunity to own strategic partnerships, accelerate market penetration, and make a direct impact on the solutions that keep essential products moving through manufacturing supply chains. What You'll Do Building and executing a comprehensive channel partner strategy that aligns with annual sales targets, creating mutually beneficial partnerships that strengthen Linx's market position and brand recognition across Sub-Saharan Africa. Sourcing, assessing, and bringing on new channel partners in key growth markets to expand Linx's geographic footprint and revenue streams across the region. Strengthening distributor performance through consistent business reviews, tracking critical metrics including revenue, bookings, sales pipeline health, installed base expansion, and aftermarket sales while providing hands-on coaching and commercial support to enhance partner effectiveness. Managing strategic relationships with major end-user customers alongside your distributor partners, crafting customized account plans for our Continuous Inkjet (CIJ), laser, and thermal printing systems, and coordinating field trials and demonstrations to accelerate deal closure. Monitoring market trends and competitive activity, using customer and market data to shape product positioning, develop compelling value propositions, and optimize pricing strategies for the Sub-Saharan Africa market. Embedding CRM and sales enablement best practices across your channel network to strengthen pipeline accuracy, forecasting capability, and transparency, while equipping partners with persuasive selling tools that emphasize Linx's proven reliability, competitive total cost of ownership, and dependable uptime performance. What You'll Bring A minimum of five years managing channel networks and driving B2B industrial sales, preferably in technology, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sectors. A successful track record building and managing distributor channels that deliver measurable growth and consistently achieve or exceed regional sales targets. Demonstrated expertise in strategic account management with the ability to close key customer deals both directly and through channel partners. A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline; an MBA or equivalent business management credential is highly valued. Hands-on experience operating across multiple Sub-Saharan African markets or similar emerging economies, with genuine understanding of local market conditions and cultural contexts. Comfort with regular regional travel, averaging three days per week (approximately eight nights monthly) to engage partners and customers throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.
