CLIENT SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST
About the Role
Solvo Global Careers is looking for a Client Solutions Specialist to serve as a dedicated partner to our clients. You will design and implement customized software solutions, guide clients through system implementations, and consistently deliver outstanding service. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, proven client-facing experience, and expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and respond to client configuration requests by designing tailored solutions that directly support their business goals. Implement system configurations customized to each client's unique requirements. Deliver responsive support to clients through email and phone channels while maintaining professional and clear communication throughout all interactions. Handle incoming calls efficiently through our phone queue, resolving client issues promptly and providing accurate guidance. Keep project documentation current and organize all tracking systems systematically. Process, review, and oversee cases and tasks within Clientspace, maintaining accurate records and proper organization. Share best practices with clients to help them maximize software capabilities and operational efficiency. Conduct comprehensive training sessions, perform system testing, and execute thorough troubleshooting to support client success. Work cross-functionally with internal teams during software releases and engage in ongoing professional development. Lead training sessions for team members and function as a subject matter expert, fostering knowledge exchange across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in corporate environments with substantial client-facing responsibilities. Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field. Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or higher in both written and spoken communication. Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, communication, and organizational management. Prior experience working with Clientspace is advantageous but not required.
