The Role As Country Manager for English-Speaking West Africa, you will drive business growth by identifying customer needs and market opportunities while building lasting relationships with medium-sized accounts. You will develop and implement strategic sales and infrastructure development plans to achieve targeted objectives and generate sustainable revenue. Your responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for assigned clients, coordinating cross-functional activities with internal teams and departments, and gathering market intelligence to inform product development and service improvements. You will represent KE00 SWIFT Kenya at regional forums, industry conferences and networking events to promote our financial messaging solutions. This position requires strong liaison across divisions to deliver integrated solutions that address client challenges while maintaining operational excellence and security standards. What We're Looking For You bring a university degree and at least five years of sales experience, with a minimum of two years in the financial services industry. Your expertise spans market infrastructure development, relationship management and business consulting. You demonstrate accountability for results through diligent analysis and risk assessment. You operate with excellence, consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards while driving continuous improvement. You are a learner who actively expands specialist knowledge to anticipate business changes, and you encourage knowledge-sharing across your network. You possess genuine commercial sense, understanding how different business divisions contribute to organizational goals while optimizing performance. Most importantly, you build customer relationships through active listening and adaptive solutions tailored to client needs. You communicate effectively across audiences, modifying your approach to maximize understanding. You lead with genuine team focus, respecting diversity and leveraging colleagues' strengths to achieve shared goals while embodying our organizational values.
