SOKIFY JOB LISTING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - NAIROBI Athena ABOUT THE ROLE Join Athena as an Executive Assistant and work alongside global founders and senior executives. This isn't a traditional support role—you'll function as a strategic partner helping leaders optimize their time, make critical decisions, and expand their impact on a global scale. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing calendars and inboxes across multiple time zones, executing research initiatives and high-impact projects, preparing presentations and polished executive-ready materials, coordinating with international stakeholders, and staying one step ahead by anticipating needs and solving problems before they escalate. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You bring exceptional English communication abilities and a demonstrated capacity for organization and attention to detail. You're naturally proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with modern technology—including Google Workspace, Mac systems, and AI tools. You're available for full-time work (40 hours per week), with flexibility for U.S. time zone hours, and you can commit fully to one role without divided focus. LOCATION & WORKING CONDITIONS You must reside within 80 kilometers of the Nairobi Hub and be prepared to work onsite when required. Your onboarding process includes two weeks of intensive onsite training plus ongoing skill development throughout your tenure. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS During your initial training period (up to six weeks), you'll receive structured onsite training while in trainee status. Once matched with a client, your compensation reaches up to KES 90,500 monthly. Athena provides all necessary company equipment. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS You'll need a reliable home office setup with a minimum internet connection of 30 Mbps. Your device specifications should include either an Intel i5 processor (8th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5 3000 series or newer, or a Mac from 2017 onward, with 8GB of RAM minimum (16GB recommended).
