EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR PvX Partners ROLE OVERVIEW PvX Partners is looking for an Executive Director to helm Baobab Impact's strategic direction, operational excellence, and growth initiatives across Nairobi County, Kenya. In this full-time, on-site position, you will be the driving force behind stakeholder engagement, agricultural project oversight, and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include cultivating strategic partnerships, delivering measurable program outcomes, and uncovering pathways for innovation and organizational scaling. KEY REQUIREMENTS You bring substantial leadership experience at senior or executive levels, demonstrated by a strong ability to manage high-performing teams and drive organizational growth. Your strategic acumen enables you to make sound decisions that propel businesses forward, and you excel at building and maintaining relationships across diverse sectors—government, private enterprise, and civil society alike. Your professional background reflects deep familiarity with agriculture, economic development, or international development contexts in Africa. You possess sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with regional languages is advantageous. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related discipline. A background in project management, monitoring, and evaluation strengthens your candidacy. Above all, you are committed to working full-time and on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya.
