Field Supervisor I - Drilling Services

FIELD SUPERVISOR I - DRILLING SERVICES POSITION OVERVIEW Are you ready to lead in the energy sector? Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Supervisor I to join our dynamic Drilling Services team. In this role, you will oversee complex drilling operations at well sites, mentor junior field engineers, and deliver solutions that help customers optimize energy extraction and production while reducing operational costs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As Field Supervisor I, you will: Lead field operations projects and mentor junior field engineers to develop their technical skills and professional growth. Provide hands-on supervision and instruction to field personnel on day-to-day well site activities and drilling operations. Advise external customers and third-party colleagues on technical matters and best practices relevant to the project scope. Solve complex problems through data analysis and comprehensive knowledge of our product lines and services. Ensure all business activities comply with Baker Hughes health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, legal requirements, and core values. Drive customer value creation throughout project delivery. Perform additional duties as assigned by operations management. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE To thrive in this position, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. Minimum 2 years of drilling operations experience as a DD Supervisor. Demonstrated expertise in drilling operations and applications. Strong ability to select appropriate products and services for simple to complex drilling challenges. Proficiency in identifying solutions within a global matrix organization structure. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel to rig sites, customer facilities, and company meetings for training and operational needs.
