We invite experienced administrative professionals to join our Provider Intake Team at our Nairobi office as General Clerk Associate Representatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO Your role centers on efficiently managing the complete lifecycle of incoming and outgoing electronic documents, faxes, claims and related materials. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Receiving, documenting and processing claims through intake and processing systems Sorting, reviewing and preparing claims for payment processing Classifying and organizing data using our Claims Smart Indexing System Transferring received claims electronically to designated platforms and systems Routing provider claims, queries and GOP requests through Salesforce Indexing and overseeing intake provider claims and departmental tasks within agreed timeframes Monitoring and coordinating multiple claim receipt channels Supporting additional team projects as assigned WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You communicate fluently in written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail. You work comfortably across multiple systems and applications while maintaining strong organizational habits and time management discipline. Your experience handling confidential information demonstrates your integrity and discretion. You process high volumes of electronic documents accurately without losing quality. You thrive in fast-paced settings, calmly prioritizing competing demands. Your positive mindset and resilience help you navigate challenges, and you collaborate effectively across teams. You hold a Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution.
