About SIMBA Voice Agents
SIMBA enables companies to deploy natural, human-sounding AI voice agents available in over 71 languages with sub-second latency. The product is growing rapidly, and scaling requires building robust outbound engines, sophisticated sales infrastructure, and comprehensive automation systems to generate and maintain a healthy pipeline.
The Role
As the first GTM Engineer for SIMBA, you'll build and own the technical infrastructure powering our outbound motion. Your work spans lead enrichment, sequencing strategies, CRM architecture, and AI-driven personalization systems operating at scale. This is a behind-the-scenes infrastructure and systems position where you ensure the right prospects receive the right message at precisely the right moment while equipping the Sales team with the tools and data needed to close deals. If you've constructed outbound systems from the ground up and are fluent in platforms like Clay and Apollo, this opportunity is for you.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows designed for large-scale operations
Own the complete GTM technology stack: CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing solutions (Outreach, Instantly), and the integrations connecting them
Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research, generate personalized outreach, and manage follow-up workflows, reducing manual effort for the Sales team
Instrument and optimize the entire top-of-funnel by tracking performance metrics, eliminating ineffective approaches, and continuously improving meetings booked and pipeline created
Create integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and platforms like Zapier and Make to maintain data integrity and system synchronization
Stay current with emerging AI and GTM tools, serving as the team's expert on new technologies and determining which are worth implementing
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps roles with a strong technical foundation
Direct hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch—enrichment pipelines, multi-step email sequences, lead scoring models—rather than maintaining existing infrastructure
Deep proficiency with the modern GTM toolkit: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, webhooks, and REST APIs
A funnel-focused mindset backed by data obsession—you track pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion rates, and cost per opportunity as key performance indicators
A bias toward speed and simplicity with the confidence to execute without waiting for approvals
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience building GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer-tools products
Knowledge of contact center, customer experience, or telephony buyer personas
Background in B2C companies that also operate B2B or API sales channels
