About SIMBA Voice Agents SIMBA enables companies to deploy natural, human-sounding AI voice agents across 71+ languages with sub-second response times. The product is scaling rapidly, and the go-to-market infrastructure needs to scale alongside it. We're building the outbound engine, sales infrastructure, and automation stack to fuel pipeline growth and keep momentum strong. The Opportunity We're looking for our first Go-to-Market Engineer to own and build the technical systems powering SIMBA's outbound motion. You'll design and maintain lead enrichment pipelines, sequencing workflows, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization systems that operate at scale. Your work sits behind the scenes, ensuring the right prospects receive the right message at precisely the right moment, while equipping the Sales team with the tools and data they need to close deals. This is infrastructure and systems work — for those who've built outbound systems from the ground up, live inside tools like Clay and Apollo, and track success by pipeline influenced. What You'll Be Responsible For Build and maintain SIMBA's complete outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows operating at scale. Manage the full GTM tech stack end-to-end, spanning CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, and Clearbit, sequencing platforms including Outreach and Instantly, and the integrations connecting them. Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research, generate personalized outreach, and execute follow-up workflows, eliminating manual effort for the Sales team. Instrument the entire top-of-funnel with comprehensive tracking, identifying what drives results, eliminating what doesn't, and continuously improving for meetings booked and pipeline generated. Create integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and platforms like Zapier and Make to keep data clean and systems synchronized across the stack. Quickly evaluate and adopt emerging AI and go-to-market tools, becoming the team's expert on new solutions worth leveraging or building upon. What We're Seeking Proven experience in a go-to-market engineering, growth engineering, or revenue operations role with a substantial technical component. Personal hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step email sequences, and lead scoring models — not simply managing existing infrastructure. Deep practical expertise with the modern go-to-market toolkit, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs. A funnel-oriented mindset with obsessive attention to metrics like pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion rates, and cost per opportunity. A bias toward speed and simplicity with the confidence to ship quickly without unnecessary approvals. Valuable Background Experience building go-to-market systems for AI, voice, or developer-focused products. Knowledge of contact center, customer experience, or telephony buyer personas. Prior work at a B2C company that also operates a B2B or API sales channel.
