ABOUT SIMBA VOICE AGENTS BY SPEECHIFY SIMBA empowers companies to deploy natural, human-sounding AI voice agents across 71 languages with sub-second latency. Beyond delivering a product, every customer receives a Forward Deployed Engineer who builds their agents, integrates into their team communication channels, and collaborates through weekly iterations. SIMBA is reshaping the voice AI landscape, and we need someone capable of articulating and executing that vision. THE ROLE You'll function as both dealmaker and builder in this unique position. You'll manage the entire sales cycle for new customers from initial outreach to contract signature, while remaining actively involved in technical assessments, product demonstrations, and initial deployments. This role requires recognizing that selling voice AI means demonstrating how SIMBA solves real customer challenges and making first-time integration straightforward and successful. This opportunity is designed for someone equally confident in executive boardrooms and working with technical systems. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Own complete sales cycles from prospecting through closure for mid-market and enterprise customers Conduct technically sophisticated discovery conversations to identify customer requirements, existing technology infrastructure, and integration needs Create and demonstrate customized voice agent prototypes during sales processes to accelerate decision-making Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth transitions from sales agreements to active onboarding Design go-to-market playbooks, develop messaging frameworks, and create outbound approaches to establish SIMBA's presence in emerging market segments Advocate for customer requirements internally, shaping product development priorities and service offerings Maintain organized pipeline records in CRM systems and deliver reliable revenue projections REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Three to six years of professional experience in sales, account executive roles, or go-to-market functions within technical B2B environments Demonstrated success closing transactions involving both technical decision makers like CTOs and engineers and business-focused stakeholders Capability to work directly with APIs and leverage no-code and low-code platforms for building persuasive demonstrations Deep familiarity with AI, machine learning, and voice technology sectors with consistent engagement in industry developments Outstanding communication abilities enabling translation of sophisticated technical information while maintaining conceptual clarity Self-motivated approach to work with rigorous pipeline management discipline and results-oriented mindset PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Background in sales roles focused on AI, voice technology, or conversational systems Knowledge of phone systems infrastructure, contact center operations, or customer experience technology platforms Previous roles in forward deployment or solutions engineering functions Multilingual capabilities or proven success selling across international regions WHAT MAKES SPEECHIFY SPECIAL Sell solutions that genuinely capture customer attention with sub-second response times and multilingual capabilities that demonstrate immediate value Enjoy substantial ownership of go-to-market direction with meaningful influence over strategy and market positioning Partner with a customer-focused team that remains connected throughout the customer journey, ensuring products deliver measurable results Competitive compensation including base salary plus commission, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits Dynamic startup culture where your individual contributions create meaningful organizational impact ABOUT OUR COMMITMENT Speechify cultivates a workplace that values diversity and promotes inclusion for all team members.
