About SIMBA Voice Agents SIMBA is Speechify's cutting-edge platform for deploying natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages with sub-second latency. What sets SIMBA apart is the personalized support model—every customer is paired with a Forward Deployed Engineer who custom-builds their agents, integrates into their workflow, and iterates collaboratively on a weekly basis. This is where the future of voice AI is being built, and we're searching for a sales professional who can articulate that vision while making it tangible for our customers. The Role You'll function as an Account Executive and Go-to-Market strategist—part dealmaker, part builder. You'll manage the complete sales journey for new customers, from initial outreach through contract closure, while remaining actively involved in technical demonstrations, evaluations, and early-stage deployments. Your success depends on understanding that selling voice AI means proving to prospects how SIMBA solves their specific challenges and making their first integration straightforward and successful. This position demands someone equally comfortable leading executive conversations and writing code at the command line. Core Responsibilities • Guide mid-market and enterprise accounts through the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing • Conduct technically sophisticated discovery conversations to map customer requirements, existing systems, and integration needs • Design and deliver custom voice agent prototypes during the sales process to drive customer confidence • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to create smooth handoffs from sales engagement to customer onboarding • Establish GTM frameworks, sales messaging, and outbound campaigns that help SIMBA expand into new industries • Advocate for customer requirements internally, helping shape product decisions and service offerings • Maintain organized pipeline records and deliver reliable revenue forecasts Required Qualifications • Three to six years of experience in sales, account executive roles, or go-to-market positions at technical B2B organizations • Proven success closing deals with both technical decision-makers (CTOs, engineering leaders) and business executives • Ability to work directly with APIs and no-code or low-code platforms to develop persuasive demonstrations • Solid knowledge of AI, machine learning, and voice technology—you stay informed on industry developments • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language • Self-motivated approach with strong pipeline management discipline and action-oriented mindset Valued Additional Experience • Background selling AI, voice, or conversational AI solutions • Knowledge of telephony systems, contact center operations, or customer experience technologies • Exposure to forward deployment or solutions engineering roles • Multilingual abilities or experience in international sales markets Why Join Speechify SIMBA • Represent technology that genuinely impresses—sub-second latency and support for 71+ languages set a new standard • Significant autonomy with meaningful influence over GTM direction and market positioning • Embedded customer relationships mean you're never pitching something that doesn't deliver real results • Competitive salary, commission structure, equity options, and comprehensive benefits • Startup velocity where your achievements directly shape company growth Application Details When applying, share your background and explain what draws you to this opportunity.
