The Opportunity Join the marketing team as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketer, where you'll play a key role in showcasing properties and building brand presence across multiple platforms. You'll report directly to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for creating consistently branded materials that resonate with buyers, renters, and commercial clients. Your Key Responsibilities Develop polished marketing materials including brochures, property flyers, advertisements, signage, and presentations using established brand templates as your foundation. You'll maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables, ensuring visual consistency throughout every project. Create compelling social media content and manage campaign planning and execution across various platforms to drive engagement and reach. Support the sales, rentals, and commercial teams by responding to their marketing requests promptly while meeting demanding deadlines. What You'll Bring A minimum of five years of proven experience combining graphic design with social media marketing. You demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of branding principles and thrive working within defined brand guidelines. You're proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in InDesign and working competency in Photoshop and Illustrator. You work quickly and precisely with templates, catching design details others miss. You excel juggling multiple projects in dynamic, fast-paced settings. You understand social media campaign strategy, design, and execution across diverse platforms, and you possess practical knowledge of video editing software. You're self-motivated, take ownership of your work, and seek continuous professional growth. Experience in real estate or property marketing is valued.
