TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Solvo Global is actively recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Nairobi on a full-time, on-site basis.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our recruitment operations. This role offers immediate employment with a streamlined hiring process. You will play a key part in building our team by identifying, screening, and placing top talent across various positions.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
Nairobi, Kenya (On-site)
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Base Salary: KES 50,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional referral networks
Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews in English
Schedule and coordinate interview sessions between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles within our Applicant Tracking System
Support the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding
Create a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience
Fluent English language skills at B2+ or C1 proficiency level with a neutral accent
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet recruitment targets
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience recruiting for the US job market
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System platforms
