The Opportunity We are seeking an intern to join our Global People Operations team for a three-month internship from June through August 2026. Working within the Performance Development vertical, you will support key organizational priorities spanning employee onboarding, performance management, employee experience, and culture initiatives. This is a genuine hands-on learning opportunity for someone passionate about People Operations, organizational development, and the systems that enable global teams to succeed. You will balance day-to-day coordination work with longer-term projects, gaining real exposure to how a scaling global organization designs and delivers people processes across multiple countries and time zones. As a high-ownership role, you will manage your own workstreams, communicate proactively when obstacles arise, and demonstrate strong initiative and follow-through on projects requiring organization and sound judgment. What You Will Do Onboarding and Employee Experience Support the coordination of onboarding and pre-onboarding processes to ensure new team members transition smoothly into IDinsight. You will maintain and continuously improve onboarding resources, presentations, learning materials, and internal systems. Additionally, you will collect feedback from new hires and compile reports that identify areas for enhancement and refinement. Performance Management and People Processes Assist in executing organization-wide growth cycles and performance review processes. You will support data tracking, reporting, and analysis related to performance reviews and people movement initiatives. You will also coordinate operational elements surrounding promotions, employee transitions, and follow-up actions after review cycles conclude. Strategic People Operations Projects Develop internal resources, communications, and training materials for people-related programs and initiatives. Contribute research support, project coordination, and management assistance across emerging People Operations priorities as they evolve. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field. Demonstrated organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. Strong written communication abilities and comfort engaging professionally with colleagues across different teams and organizational levels in a global setting.
