JUNIOR RECRUITER C1 Solvo Global Careers is seeking a dedicated Junior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Nairobi, Kenya. POSITION OVERVIEW As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and evaluating top talent across our organization. You'll work hands-on throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing promising candidates to coordinating final interview stages. WORK ARRANGEMENTS Location: On-site, Nairobi, Kenya Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CDT Start Date: June 10 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES You will manage multiple recruitment activities including sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networking events, and employee referral programs. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing applications, conducting preliminary phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and cultural alignment, and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. You'll maintain organized candidate records within our applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Working collaboratively with the HR team, you'll champion an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint of the recruitment journey. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE You must bring a minimum of one year of hands-on recruitment experience. We value candidates with proven experience in high-volume hiring environments and a complete understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes. Previous roles as an HR Assistant or HR Generalist with direct involvement in these recruitment activities are equally valued.
